* Must be able to handle data entry and petty cash
* Assist on invoicing, DO’s & item received notes/ vouchers;
* Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English is a must;
* Standard knowledge of computers is required for sure;
* Basic calculations for payroll & OT is an added advantage
* Advanced knowledge of computers, Accounting software (Quickbooks), Word, Excel.
* Work independently and multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
* To manage daily accounts and administrative operation
