1. Job scope as follows:
a) Good in operating SQL Accounting Software.
b) Preparing documentation for audit.
c) Purchasing basic materials for the office such as stationery, workers groceries, paying bills, etc.
d) Submitting documents to governmental departments within Klang Valley.
e) Receiving and preparing shipping documents if any.
f) Corresponding emails.
g) Answering office phone calls.
h) Sourcing quotations and materials.
i) File keeping and maintaining.
j) Preparing Payroll.
2) Working Hours:
8am-6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday & Sunday Off.
b) Only gazetted public holidays are allowed.
c) Salary Proposal:
i) Basic Salary RM3,000.00
ii) Attendance Allowance RM200.0
iii) Phone Allowance RM200.00
iv) Travelling Allowance RM100.00
v) KWSP & Perkeso Provided Base on Basic Salary.
3. Others:
a) Compulsory must have own transport (CAR).
b) Must be able to join IMMEDIATELY.
c) Work independently.
d) Fast learner.
e) Able to join .
