1)Sales administrators receive and process sale orders online, or via phone include checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, and compiling monthly sales reports
2) Prepare monthly sales report & Commission report
3)Responsible for general administration work
4) Keep track and follow up on debtor’s outstanding payments
5)Able to handle staff claim & payment vouchers
6)Manage proper documentation and filling for record keeping
7) Responsible for inventory management and checking, receiving order, etc.
8) Prepares payroll by calculating attendance, and maintaining payroll records.
9)Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision
