We are a branding and graphic design agency in Bandar Baru Bangi looking for an Admin & Account Executive to join our growing team.
Job Description:
Admin & Account Executive
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (flexi hours)
Work at the office in Seksyen 7, Bandar Baru Bangi
Job scope:
– Maintain proper transaction/payment voucher records
– Prepare quotation and invoice
– Maintain proper documentation and filing records
– Keep track of clients and vendors for project deliverables
– Assist in project management duties and data entries
– Assist and support day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative duties
Requirement:
– Minimum diploma in accounting/ business administration
– Open to other applicants with a degree from other fields ie. science (training on the accounting system will be provided)
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
– Attention to details
– Ability to multitask
