– Prepare full set of accounts and monthly management report.
– Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
– Maintain book keeping of expenses of the company.
– Ensure all the account payable and account receivable transaction are recorded and updated.
– Perform other general admin support tasks.
– Supervise subordinates to ensure all daily duties are attended to.
– Handle data entry into computer system.
– Handle Ad Hoc assignments from time to time.
Requirements :
– Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Knowledge of accounting software will be added advantage
– Good literacy in using Microsoft word, Excel application
– Able to work with minimum supervision
– Good communication & interpersonal skills
– Able to meet deadlines, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently
