Job Description
• Handle panel to key in into the system.
• Performs an operational support activity; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters.
• Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.
• General clerical/administration duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
• Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Minimum requirement of one (1) year of experience in related work function.
• Experience in operating Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and written skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Knowledge in clinic industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to start immediately
• Possess responsible and willing to work attitude and capable to handle multi-tasks.
• Self-motivated, pleasant personality and team player.
