– Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and coordinating meetings
– To do data entries, maintain and update records.
– To do daily filing, documentations, report generation, and etc.
– Answer phone calls and attend to mails
– Assist in colleague’s works when needed
– Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior or Management
Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or above.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Able to work as a team and possess good communication skills.
