– To support and assist the Admin Manager the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office

– Assist in collect, updating, analyse and maintaining data on daily basis

– Complete weekly report, sales report and submit timely

– Respond to customer’s inquiries

– Responsible to ensure timely payment for sales payment collection

– Perform consistent follow up activities with existing and new clients

– Handle any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time



JOB REQUIREMENT

– Female candidate, single and have pleasant personality

– Minimum Diploma in any business-related field

– Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

– Able to work extra hour during night & weekend

– Good Knowledge and skill in MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint, Google Meet & etc.

– Highly organised, hardworking and able to work under minimum supervision and independently
