Job description
– Have experience in Rental, Utility and other collections.
– Preparation of official letters to client.
– To perform maintenance of existing properties
– Identification of new purchases.
– Sales and rental of existing properties.
– To do Advertising and marketing of properties.
– Identification of defects in properties (Technical work).
Requirements:
– Preferably Degree in Property Management Sales & Marketing, Admin or equivalent.
– Wiring, Plumbing, roofing and other technical skills are preferred.
– More than 3 years experience in property management (Commercial building & Housing).
– Must be able to go for site visit when required.
– Able to drive manual (non-automatic) cars.
– Posses own transport.
– Hardworking and flexible.
– Preferable male.
– Able to work overtime
