Business Development Consultant (INDOOR)

Attractive income package: Base salary + Commissions + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Sales Campaign + Company Trip.

Requirements:

-Well-verse in communication with customers to provide various financial solutions like personal financing loans, credit cards, car loan, housing loan refinance & etc.
-Perform daily business activities; achieve minimum call target, call time, follow up closely with potential customers to achieve monthly sales target.
-Preferably sales & commission oriented candidates.
-Require good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (ability to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage)
-Eagerly to earn high income & highly motivated for no capping commission earning.
-Positive-minded, willing to learn and a good team player.
-Initiative personalities to achieve goals & overcome challenges.
-Willingness to learn about financial product knowledge, soft skills & negotiation skills.
-Possess own transport / willingness to travel for work.
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.


Responsibility

-To perform daily outbound calls to existing customer listings provided by company.
-To identify customers with financial difficulties and needs:
-To provide customers various financial options & solutions to ease their financial burdens.
-To provide various bank personal financing options to manage cards outstanding, debt consolidations, and debt management programs.
-To follow-up & collect relevant documents from customers via calls & email in a timely manner.
-To work closely with team leaders/managers to ensure monthly targets are met.
-To attend company training & constantly updated with financial knowledge and latest promotions.
-Introduce our products or services in a clear and compelling manner
-Follow up on information and feedback from potential customer
