CLERK OF WORKS / INSPECTOR OF WORKS (Architecture)

Responsibilities:
To handle all matters in ensuring the compliance with the construction documents.
To carry out inspection / test at site and prepare report.
To ensure all works are constructed in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plans and method statements.

To assist in managing contract adminitration.
The site is located at Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru

Requirements:
Candidates must posses at least Diploma in Architecture/Engineering related course.
Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
5 years and above of experience.
Understanding construction methodologies, operations and processes;
Practical knowledge of project plan development and implementation.
Candidate with IOW LAM/BEM certification will have a significant advantage

Job Info:
Salary + Site allowance : RM 5,000.00 – RM5,500.00 per month inclusive site allowance

Contract Type: 6 Months
