Job Responsibilities
– Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (Phone, Email, and WhatsApp etc)
– Professionally handle inquiries from clients and customers.
– Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
– Continuously identify work process improvements.
– Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.
– Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
– Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues such as charging, pricing / invoice queries etc.
– You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
– You will be working on shift work for morning, afternoon and midnight roster.
Job Requirements
– At least certificate and diploma in relevant field.
– We are looking for individuals that have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.

– Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (XLSX, DOC, PPT), GoogleSheets, Whatsapp web etc.
