Customer Service

1. Provide competitive solutions for Air/Ocean freight to Customers
2. Booking to liners, Airlines and liasing for shipment execution.
3. Pre-alert customer/agents for shipments
4. Monitor and clean up booking for any shortfall/cancellation.
5. Job creation in System and issuing of Shipping documents, MAWB/MBL, HAWB,HBL
6. Follow up any issues/inquiries from customers/agents.
7. Manage weekly/monthly booking report.
8. Any other task as assigned from time to time.
9. Experience in Shipping Line & Forwarding (Maximum 2 years)
10. Experience in IMPORT & EXPORT (K1 & K2)
11. To verify and check the logistics documents (such as draft BL or packing list) from LSP before forwarding to the customers
