Description
1.Picking up packages from the sender
2.Updating delivered packages to the recipient in system
3.Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items
4.Daily reporting for shipments
5.Monitoring and reporting completed deliveries on everyday
6.Getting signatures from recipients upon delivery ( for Walkin Customer)
7.Handling phone calls on enquiries and customer service to those using courier.
8.Working with rider/driver to get to the right locations of delivery.
9.Ad Hoc job as when assign.
