The Customer Relationship Management is responsible building relationship and pipeline for the various sales team whilst providing support to the team Manager.
• Maintain daily operations of the inbound/chat sales channel to ensure business coverage and team SLA.
• Adhere to shift follow Australia working time, or otherwise advised by reporting manager in order to support team operations.
• Provide floor support and monitor random calls/chats to identify coaching opportunity in order to improve quality, correct errors and upskill sales.
• Assist Sales Manager in team motivation and drive team to meet sales conversion target and maintain team performance KPI.
• Assist in onboarding, regular training and development of new hires.
• Support Sales Manager in planning and successful execution of projects, and manage change effectively.
• Maintaining timely of daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for internal and external clients.
• Adhere to task as on-demand basis assigned by supporting the management.
