Description
This is a pool-facing studio unit with WIFI access, above the Evo Mall where you can find AEON MaxValu Prime, A&W, Daiso Japan, Burger King, Azue Event Hall and more.
One free parking access is also provided.
Our location is also about 8 minutes to UKM, 40 mins to KLCC, 40 mins to KLIA. You can also access the apartment facilities such as the swimming pool, gymnasium and playground.
The space
A studio unit with pool-facing balcony, a kitchen. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.

1st & 2nd Guest: Queen size bed
3rd & 4th Guest (Children) : Sofa Bed
Remarks: Please insert the correct number of guest upon make booking. For guest who failed to declare the number of guests and request to add mattress after 6pm on check in date, surcharge RM50 will be imposed to guests.
Guest access
Check in time is from 15:00 @ 3pm.
Check out time latest by 12:00 noon.
* Fees for late check out after 12pm noon is MYR20 per hour.
We provide washing machine usage for stays of three (3) nights or longer.
You will be able to access all areas in the unit except a few drawers and cabinets where the cleaning supplies and linens are kept.

NEW AIRBNB USER
If you are new to Airbnb, we may require a refundable security deposit of RM150-400 (local guest) / RM450 (international guest) before key handover. More may be requested for longer stays.
TV CHANNELS
We have MyTV channels on our flat screen TV. If you want Netflix, it can be added at additional charge. Please enquire.
COOKING RESTRICTION
Cooking or consuming pork or pork-based food is not allowed in the studio.
Because of ventilation issue in the unit, cooking is only allowed for stays of 7 days or longer. Reheating and using microwave is fine. Not to worry, there are variety of places to eat downstairs and in the nearby area for different kinds of budget.
Regular pans/pots will not work on the induction cooker hob. Please request before checking-in if you would like us to provide some cooking utensils like pan, cutting board, etc.
WASHING MACHINE
For stays of three (3) nights or longer, washing machine is available for use. For shorter stays, washing machine is only available upon request.
COMMUNICATION
During your stay, we are available via Whats-app for quicker response.
SPECIAL PRICE
We offer special price only on Airbnb. The price here may increase at anytime without notice.
NO ALCOHOL
We do not allow alcoholic drinks to be consumed in our units
PARKING
Guests get one free parking access. Chargeable parking space is available for additional car(s) or for your visitors.
SWIMMING POOL
Proper swimming attire is required at the pool.
Pool Opening Time:
Every Monday – Sunday except Tuesday (8am – 10pm).
Closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.
Building management reserved the rights to change / close the swimming pool operation time.
GENERAL CLEANLINESS
Kindly take off shoes and keep the unit clean at all time.
Kindly clean up after using the kitchen (if you used any dishes, microwave oven, cooker hob, utensils, etc.) so we can keep the rental cost low for everyone. Not everybody uses the kitchen during their stay so we don’t feel right increasing the rental price across the board.
Kindly please throw all garbage in the garbage room / exit room in the same floor hallway where you staying.
Fine for leftover garbage in the corridor RM200.
LOST ACCESS CARD/KEY
Fees to replace a lost door card / keys is RM200.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit (only allowed at the balcony with the sliding door shut).
Fine for smoking in the unit / room RM200.
