FACILITY SUPERVISOR – INDOOR (1 POSITION) BUILDING MAINTENANCE

• Prepare week report, monthly report, yearly report and whatsoever report required
• Monitor and instruct technician to carry out daily inspection, weekly inspection and monthly inspection
• Prepare, organize and storing information in softcopy or hardcopy in accordance to S.O requirement.
• Prepare propose or as-built drawing
• Prepare FCA report (Transition in/out)
• Carry out O & M inspection regularly to comply to S.O requirement
• Propose and submit proposal as when required
• Attend regular meeting
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :-
• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent is required
• Fresh graduate is encorraged to apply
