Overview:

Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.

Handle basic IT tasks such as troubleshooting minor computer issues and assisting with software installations.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage office supplies and equipment procurement.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as necessary.
Assist in organizing company events or team-building activities.
Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential material.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office administrator.
Basic knowledge of IT systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
