1. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is 12pm, and check-out time is 6pm. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated with prior approval.

2. Smoking is not allowed. (Including vape, cigar, e-cigarette, & etc)

3. No pets allowed.

4. Parties and events are not allowed on the property without prior approval from the host.

5.Events will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and additional charges may apply based on the number of guests. Please consult with the host for approval and pricing.

6. Dispose of garbage in the designated bins.

7. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay, whether accidental or intentional. The host reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged items.
