1. 1 (One) designated car park provided (Please park
at designated parking spot to avoid clamping)

2. Full access to the condo facilities (gym, swimming
pool, rooftop garden with a beautiful view of
Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Skyline). The facilities are
accessible from 8am – 9pm.

This is a self check-in apartment with a 3-tier security. Check-in procedures will be provided to you within 24 hours before your check-in.

Check in – 3pm till 11pm
Check out – 12pm

*Please inform us if you wish to check in after 11pm.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house, lift and common areas
– NO PARTY in the house
– NO SHOES and PETS in the house
– NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS and its paraphernalia inside the house and condo area
– Only light cooking is allowed. Cooking utensils are provided as is basis.
– Please be mindful of cleanliness. No unwashed dishes and utensils in the kitchen to prevent pest. All waste to be thrown into the refuse room located at the lift lobby (near the emergency staircase near lift)
– Please turn off all lights and air-conditioning when not in the unit to reduce electricity consumption. Together we protect our mother earth for our next generation.
– Quiet hour is from 10pm – 7am. This is a residential area and please be mindful of your neighbours.
