Job Position: Sales Advisor (Honda)

Job Requirement

1 – Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing customers.
2 – Collaborating with other departments and teams, such as marketing and after sales service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
3 – Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the dealership sales target.
4 – Sources and develop customers through social media marketing.
5 – To attend and follow up on all sales inquiries.
6 – Promote a positive brand image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment towards customer satisfaction.
7 – Participate in road-shows, sales activities and launching events.
8 – To handle objections and customers complaint efficiently and professionally.
9 – To perform indoor and outdoor sales campaign and promotions as instructed by Management.
10 – Ability to perform sales presentations, offer test drives, follow ups, with a view of closing sale and responsibility to perform car delivery.
11 – To carry out extra responsibilities as instructed by Management whenever necessary
