*CAR* Parking fee is RM2 per entry (Mon-Fri) or RM3 per entry (Sat-Sun /Holiday) and every subsequent is RM1 per hour. The maximum 24-hour parking fee is RM20.
[Parking Space]
Parking space is subject to premise availability, there is NO GUARANTEED parking lot on the premises. Please make sure to park at the correct lot. Unauthorised car/ lot used will be clamped.
[Access Card]
Only ONE(1) access card is provided. No extra access card. The lost access card will be charged for a replacement cost of RM100/pc
[OTHERS]
1. No daily change towels service.
There is an extra charge as laundry cost for any request for additional new towels:
Bath towel – RM10/pc.
(Available daily 10 am-4 pm, beyond the mentioned time will not be entertained, prior to 1-day request)
2. The cleaning fee is charged one time based on/ per check out. No daily cleaning service is available including long stays.
3. Any cleaning /room service request will be charged RM70/session. (Available daily 10am-4pm, prior to 1-2days notice)
Note: this service is NOT AVAILABLE on SATURDAY & SUNDAY

4. For any unremovable stain/damage/missing items/ smoking found after your check out, will be charged accordingly as a replacement / special cleaning cost which is not covered under the cleaning fee.
