Indoor & Online Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online and Indoor Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both online inquiries and assisting customers in our indoor sales environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Responding to online inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Assisting customers in person with product inquiries and purchases.
-Maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.
-Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
-Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
-Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms.
