2.This is a Non-Smoking unit. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on premises, including balcony. A RM200 fine will be assessed if the guest house smells of smoke upon departure

3.Check-in time after 3pm. No early check in allowed.

4.Check-out time is by 12pm. Late check-out will result in a charge of RM50 per Hour and is subject to availability.

5.Strictly No Party or Group Gathering allowed – any evidence of parties or caught by property management will result in a RM200 fine.

6. Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

7. Every time you use kitchen, be sure to wash all the dishes and keep them clean.

Garbage should be thrown into the garbage room located outside the room every day to avoid attracting cockroach, ants, worm etc. There will be a garbage room at each level.
