Modern 4BR Double Storey

Situated in a private gated & guarded residential area of Setia Permai 3. This place offer an easy access using RFID (provided once you have checked-in) for in/out of guard house. Free parking in which able to accommodate 2 cars inside porch and another 2 cars vertical parking facing the house as the house is facing open. The house can accommodate up to 15pax at one time with no extra charges, however, no extra mattress will be provided. For comfortable sleeps only up to 8pax.

Living Room
Equipped with sofa and TV with Netflix, Youtube and free WiFi.

Bedroom
Consists of 4 bedrooms. Each room comes with queen bed, 2 pillows with mattress, 1 side table, 1 hanging rack with hangers, towels (based on pax). Full-body mirror available in master bedroom. We do provide extra mattress (queen size foldable mattress for rm30/night)

Bathroom
Comes with 3 bathroom complete with soap, shampoo, toilet tissue, half-body mirror and water heater (bathroom downstairs without water heater).

Kitchen
Provide complete cooking utensils, frying pan, induction cooker, microwave and refrigerator. Top loader washing machine with detergent & softener are also provided.

House access through self check-in where the details will be provided to you before 12pm on your arrival day. Keyless access through smart lock for main door. Room keys provided in the living room drawer. Do not lock the rooms/toilet if there is no one from inside that can unlock the door (Any unwanted situation, do contact host immediately).

Early check-in/ late check-out
Only allowed on WEEKDAYS with maximum extra of 2hrs for free of charge (FOC) & need to inform host in advanced. rm50 will be charged for every additional hour (capped early check-in at 10am/ late check-out at 5pm). If more than that will be charged the price of 1 night.

Early check-in at 1pm OR Late check-out 2pm (Extra 2hrs : FOC)
Early check-in at 12pm OR Late check-out 3pm (Extra 3hrs : rm50)

Early check-in at 10am OR Late check-out 5pm (Extra 5hrs : rm150)
Early check-in BEFORE 10am OR Late check-out AFTER 5pm (More than 5hrs : Charges for 1 night)

No early check-in/ late check-out allowed!
Early check-in or late check-out will only available if there is no other guest that will check-in/out on your arrival/departure day (extra charges apply).

Please drive within speed limit of 30km/h. Be aware of children, elderly, cyclist & pedestrian sudden crossing & do not speeding in this residential area.

Guest generally booked the house for :
– Birthday party/ bachelorette party/ small gathering with a proper clean-up after-party mess by respective guest
– Convocation/ interview at UiTM Shah Alam/ UiTM Puncak Alam
– Football tournament at JSA Arena/ Eco Ardence Football Arena
– Live in social media (eg: Tiktok, IG, etc.)
– Open house raya or small engagement ceremony with only 1 canopy allowed (T&C refer house rules)
– Tea ceremony with respect of quiet time 10pm – 8am
– Visit/ work at NIH
– Wedding/ company dinner/ event at SCCC, or nearby Setia Alam, Bandar Bkt Raja, and Meru

Not recommended for :
– Video/photoshoot that require house visit prior booking (unable to conduct visit due to high occupancy rate).
– Wedding venue that require more than 1 canopy installation.
