Job Requirements :
1. Age from 20-35 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
3. Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
5. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Description:
– To provide general administrative support to the company
– Organize and maintain file and records
– Assist the admin department in verify, preparing, initiating, documentation
– Issue letter when received a request in computer system
– Update to computer system when received a returned letter
– Update & verify data in the computer system when received a new data
– Update Payment in SQL
– Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior
– Willing to multi-task when required
– Responsibilities , committed & duties
Working Hours :
Monday – Friday : 8.30am – 6:00pm , Saturday 8:30am – 1:00pm (with schedule)
Lunch time : 1:00pm – 2:00pm
