• General Admin work
– Folder & Filling system
– Answering calls and emails for customer queries on all sales platform
– Banking duties
– Petty cash management
– Office management (Day to day & utilities)
– Report generation
– Support management with admin work
– Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Service Coordination
– Schedule Planning & Coordination
– Customer service & feedback follow up
• Sales support & Customer Collection
– Prepare Quotation
– Invoicing
– Statement
– Customer payment knock off
• Purchasing & vendor Management
– Prepare PO & ordering
– Receiving and Quality Checking
– Supplier Purchase
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
1. SPM/Diploma in Any Field
2. At least 1 years of working experience
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
4. Good command of both written & spoken Malay & English Language
5. High integrity, self-motivated, result and task oriented with strong work ethics and positive attitude.
6. Problem solver
7. Able to work under pressure.
8. Able to stay back after working hours if needed.
9. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
10. Applicants must willing to travel
11. Salary range RM1800 – RM2000
