REQUIREMENTS
– Single female age from 25 years old and above
– Diploma in Business Administration/Management or related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or secretary role, preferably supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– High level of professionalism and attention to detail
– Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
– Discreet, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
– Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
