Personal Driver

Responsibilities:
1) Safe driving, polite and well manners
2) Safely and timely drive the Director to work and back, and to occasions.
3) Safely drive the Director’s family members, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the Director / Director’s Office.
4) Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take (good with Waze / Google Map applications)
5) Ensure the car is clean at all times by washing / cleaning / vacuuming interior and exterior of the car.
6) Ensure vehicles are in good working order and perform normal maintenance check and cleanliness before and after the daily use of vehicles.
7) Assist in dispatch working as and when required
8) Send vehicles for their scheduled service maintenance on time.
9) Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Management.
10) Safely keep receipts for toll, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car and travel.
11) Carry out other admin assignments (mailing, groceries, bill payment, banking of cheques etc) as instructed by the management.
12) Keep all documents of the vehicle and license in place while driving company vehicle and ensure the road tax/ car insurance are valid and updated.
13) Keep a travel log when necessary.
14) To treat matters discussed in the vehicle as confidential.

Requirements:
1) Experience in driving luxury cars.
2) Healthy and Preferably non-smoker.
3) Honest, committed to work and able to take instructions properly.
4) Must be punctual, responsible, discipline and maintain perfect attendance.
5) Proven experience as a Driver (minimum 3 years experience).
6) A valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
7) Well verse with the roads in Klang Valley and Selangor and familiar with Waze navigation system.
8) Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage.
9) Willing to work long hours and occasionally Saturday or Sunday.
10) Able to occasionally travel outstations and overnight.
11) Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour).
