Production Technician (DDG / Centerless Machine)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adhere strictly to safety practices and guidelines.
2. Adhere to Quality Systems standards & work instructions.
3. Handling and disposal of waste products (rags, coolant, scraps, etc.)
4. Accurate data collection and data analysis.
5. Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
6. Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards.
7. Conduct tests to verify the quality of raw materials and finished products.
8. Verify compliant products and reject defective ones.
9. Verify in-process production by confirming required specifications,
conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the
required adjustments to the production section.
10. Verify all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting
required tests.
11. Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to
confirm re-work.
12. Model change setup and running machine.
13. Any other duties as assigned.



Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

1. Diploma or SKM Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Those with a minimum of two years of relevant working experience
work in Centerless and double disc grinding will be given preference.
3. General knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environmental.
4. General knowledge of Quality Management System.
5. Willing to learn the operation and uses of standard test equipment.
6. Willing to learn the technical change of drawing.
7. Ability to systematically troubleshoot standard electronic devices.
8. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
