Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee our car park operations projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the set budget and timelines. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that projects are delivered successfully while meeting all objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned car park set up from initiation to closeout.
•Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources required, and timelines.
•Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
•Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
•Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
•Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
•Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
•Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, customer service, and finance departments.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
•Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
•Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
•Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
•Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
•Track project milestones and deliverables.
•Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
•Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
•Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:
– Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
– Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
– Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in project management software tools.
– Additionally, knowledge of AutoCad software is an advantage.
