REQUIREMENTS:-
1. Candidates must posses min.Diploma in Quantity Surveyor.
2. Preferably 1-3 years relevant experience in QS works. Fresh graduates that able to works independently with minimum supervision are also encouraged to apply.
3. Familiar with project costing and contract administration.
4. Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Words. Can handle Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is an advantage.
5. Good in measurement & taking-off is must.
6. Able to works systematically and meet deadline and willing to works under pressure and extra hours.
7. Mature with pleasant personality, self motivated, multi tasking and fast learner.
8. Must posses own transport and willing to travel from time to time depending on project site (is required).
9. Full-time position


RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. To implement all aspects of QS services Pre and Post Contract, contract management, monitoring material and construction cost, site valuation, variation order, progress claim and final account.
2. To prepare tender costing, analysis, documentation, procurement support and etc related.
3. Liaison with Consultants, Clients, Sub-Contractor, Suppliers and Authorities.
4. Maintain confidential of documents and retrieval system.
5. Performs any others administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Project/Contract Manager .
