Responsibility:
• To call customers to remind on their past due account.
• Efficiently recover customer’s debts in a timely manner.
• Efficiently follow up on all files includes ‘promise to pay files’/ ‘broken
promises to pay files’.
• Skillful and professional negotiation over the phone.
• Work with customers to solve payment problems / make workable
repayment arrangement.
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Those without experience in this field are encouraged to apply (training
will be provided)
• Candidate with experience in banking and financial sector/
telecommunication companies chances to get higher basic salary
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English and other major
Malaysian languages.
• Candidate who can speak Mandarin will get extra RM 250.00 of language
allowances every month.
