Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Management:
Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations.
Manage and support staff, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction.
Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage for all operational hours.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure that all restaurant operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Diploma in Hospitality/ Restaurant / Catering/ F&B / Business (or any other related fields)
