Overview:
We are looking for two organized Administrative Assistants to support the Sales Department by handling billing, filing, follow-up payments, and arranging delivery and ordering transport.
Responsibilities:
1. Billing and Send Delivery Orders:
Prepare and send invoices.
Ensure billing accuracy.
Resolve billing issues.
Prepare and send delivery orders to customers.
2. Filing:
Maintain organized files.
Keep documents up-to-date and easily accessible.
3. Follow-Up Payments:
Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
Communicate with clients about due payments.
Work with the finance team to record payments.
4. Arrange Delivery and Order Transport:
Coordinate and arrange deliveries for goods.
Schedule and order transport services.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery and transport.
