We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team specializing in commercial vehicles. The Sales Advisor will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing expert advice, and fostering strong relationships with customers in the commercial vehicle sector. This position requires a deep understanding of commercial vehicle specifications, industry trends, and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for commercial vehicles, including trucks, vans, buses, and specialty vehicles.
Identify and prospect potential customers in the commercial sector, including businesses, government agencies, and organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial vehicle solutions.
Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and presentations to customers.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in accordance with company policies.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams, including service and finance departments, to ensure seamless customer experience from sale through delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial vehicles or automotive sales.
Knowledge of commercial vehicle specifications, features, and applications.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
