Responsibilities:
• Provide sales and operations support to frontline sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Responsible to implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by the management.
• Generating sales and responsible for day to day post sales activities.
• Professionally handle all customers’ request and inquiries and follow up matters related to sales.
• Plan and manage exhibitions and promotion events from start to end including day to day running of the event.
• Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, finance, and procurement to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative documentation and activities, including sales order, stock returns, and maintain up-to-date stock card, etc.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Perform any other duties as and when required.
Requirements:
• Possess at least SPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any business administration related studies or equivalent qualifications. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Age 23-35. Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in Sales.
• Must be able to speak & write in English and Malay.
• Can start work immediately (preferably).
• Aggressive, self-motivated and have the initiative to pursue sales.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Experience managing a Sales team is an added advantage.
• Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and E-mail.
• Must possess valid driving license and own car transport.
• Must be willing to travel outstation for work and perform OT when required.
