Site Supervisor

SITE SUPERVISOR required for our new Site Project Location at Kg. Sg. Kelambu, Banting.

Job Description:

• To monitor of daily site activities and report to Project Manager progress of work
• Carrying out day to day site operation & site supervision.
• Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
• Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
• Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
• Liaise with Clerk of Work (COW) on site.
• Completing records for site reports.
• Able to supervise the daily operations at construction site and ensure that the contractors execute the works in compliance.
• Update manpower attendance, materials, quantity and machinery record at site.
• Problem solving occurring in the field of work.
• Assists in other tasks assigned as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Non-Executive/Supervisor specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. (in ROADWORKS/ EARTHWORKS/GROUND TREATMENT is an advantage)
