*Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment on construction sites.
*Ensure that all electrical work is performed according to project plans, specifications, codes, and standards.
*Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
*Manage and oversee the work of on-site electrical teams and subcontractors.
*Provide guidance and support to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
*Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address any issues.
*Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
*Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of electrical installations.
*Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in electrical work.
*Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on-site.
*Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for electrical work.
*Promote a culture of safety among site workers and contractors.
*Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, progress reports, and inspection records.
*Ensure all documentation complies with project and regulatory requirements.
*Prepare and submit required reports to project management and other stakeholders.
*Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on progress and any issues encountered.
*Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
*Address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during the project.
*Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and contractors.
*Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site.
*Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices.

Competency Requirements

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proven experience supervising electrical installations on construction sites.
*Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
*Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications.
*Familiarity with electrical testing and commissioning procedures.
*CIDB Construction Site Supervisor Certification (CCS) is preferred
*Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
