For guest who is driving to here, only paid parking is available:

1. You can park at the paid parking on the ground floor with touch n go card access, the first hour at RM3.30 and every subsequent hour are RM1.65 without maximum daily rate.

2. We can help you to rent a parking card at RM20 per day (from 2PM on check in day to 11AM on check out day). Discounted rate is available for long rental. Please advise early for better arrangement.

We will be paying resident here to reserve your parking lot if you choose the 2nd option. Please note that parking fees are NOT REFUNDABLE once reserved
House Rules:

❀❀ Our standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Please update us in advance if you have any request. We are using self check-in here.❀❀

★ Extra Guest Fee: MYR30 per guest per night.
Auto-calculated with correct number of guests upon booking confirmation.
Visitors are allowed until 10PM and must register with lobby security.

★ Late Check-out Fee:

50% of normal rate will be charged if check out before 1PM

70% of normal rate will be charged before 5PM

100% of normal rate will be charged after 5PM

★ STRICTLY NO illegal activities are allowed in the apartment. Necessary actions will be taken and booking cancellation without refund.

★ Unacknowledged Parties & Events Penalty: MYR300

★ Smoking Penalty: MYR300

★ Lost Card or Key Penalty: MYR300

★ Unexpected Extra Cleaning Penalty: MYR300

★ Pets are strictly not allowed. Penalty applies for extra cleaning or damages.

★ Item Damaged: We will send replacement to you at the earliest once reported. Charges applies based on the condition of the item.

★ Item Missing: Charges applied based on the value of the item.

★ Building Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM

★ Turn off all electric appliances when are not in used (except WiFi devices and fridge)

★ Let the furniture stay where they belong. DO NOT rearrange the furniture for any purpose.

★ Take the garbage out when it’s full, throw the garbage bag into garbage room on the same floor, and clean the dishes after using them.

★ Lost and Found: Keep up to 30 days only. Cost to be borne by the guest if wish to collect via shipping method.
