Technician / Maintenance

Technician to be responsible in all Common Areas works:

– Monitor and supervise contractors on any maintenance /service work
– Daily routine inspection on building facilities equipment and taking meter reading for common area
– Handling basic miscellaneous facilities repair, installation, and maintenance
– Attend to complaints from owners/tenants
– Plan and coordinate a preventative maintenance schedule with the Superior and appropriate sub-contractors and vendors
– Monitor maintenance of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment throughout the property, or contract outside maintenance vendor and maintain records of areas serviced
– Perform minor repairs works when necessary
– Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Property Manager/Management
– Preferably candidate with 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a high-rise condominium environment
– Ability to implement preventative and routine maintenance programs with a good understanding of electrical, carpentry and plumbing systems
– Available to be on call after working hours, weekends and public holidays
– Willing to be based at Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
