Responsibilities

Outbound Telesales, cross selling to existing customers
Educate customers on the benefits of the products and services
A prepared script to immediate kickstart your communication to influence customers and define eligibility
Follow organisational standards to maintain quality service
Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others
Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issues


Requirements

Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience, persuasion,
Excellent teamwork
Good interpersonal and selling skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
