Telemarketing Executive (Urgent Hiring)

Cold Calling Marketing:
1. Conduct cold calls to potential customers and promote our services with focus on e-waste recycling.
2. Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities.
4. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.
5. Work closely with the management and the collection team.

Social Media Marketing:
1. Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc).
2. Develop social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
3. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media.
5. Hold high esteem for the quality of your work.

Digital Marketing:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our services.
2. Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
3. Perform SEO to improve our website’s organic search rankings.
4. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of a diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in cold calling, social media marketing and digital marketing.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
5. Ability to create engaging content for social media.
6. Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics).
7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Hardworking, honest, and sincere in your work.
10. Preferably FEMALE.
