Urban Gateway Homestay is a furnished apartment and comfortable accommodation for families and friends up to 5 guests.

1. One spacious and modern living room. – A gathering place for enjoying yourself with all the entertainment provided:

• 43″ Full HD Smart TV with streaming services Youtube, Netflix, etc
• High speed 300 Mbps Internet Wifi
• Family board game, i.e Monopoly, congkak, batu seremban, karom, Uno

2. Master bedroom -A cozy, relaxing, and fun space that comes with:
• Queen-size bed
• Open wardrobe, Clothes hanger
• Air conditioner
• Standing mirror, luggage rack
• Iron/ ironing board, Hairdryer
• Sejadah

3. 2nd bedroom come with single size bed.
• Open Wardrobe
• Clothes hanger
• Integrated wall mounted fan+lamp
• Portable futon mattress for 4th and 5th guests

4. Bathroom- A private place to do your thing, which consists of
• Hot and cold shower system
• Body wash, hair shampoo and hand wash
• Toilet tissues
• Towels x4

5. Open kitchen -A place for the chef which includes:
• Electric induction stove
• Basic cooking tools (Kitchen utensils & cooking set, pans & pots)
• Refrigerator
• Rice cooker, Oven, Kettle
• Scissors, Knife, Can opener
• Kitchen Towels x2
• Complimentary Tea and Sugar

6. Dining Space-A gathering place for eating or working.
• Tableware sets provided for up to 4 guests

7. Extra(s)
• Washing machine with free detergent and clothing rack available
• Cleaning kits – vacuum cleaner, mop set, broom and dustpan.

2. It comes with 2 free parking space at level 5 or any visitor parking

3. Access to the apartment and all facilities at Level 6 from 7am to 10pm including:
• Swimming pool (swimming attire is required)
• Kids Pool & Playground (Let them have fun!)
• Gymnasium (Get that calories burn!)
• Basketball/badminton/takraw courts
• Mini Market AJ Mart also available at level 6

4. Self-check in is possible by register your particulars and vehicle at security guard post and collection of access card (yellow), parking card (blue) and key unit.

5. Access card is required for entering the LEVEL 6 (building facilities) Entrance, car park entrance, the lift to our unit homestay at level 12.

1. Guests can check in anytime after 3:00pm but before 10pm of the same day.

2. Check-In after 10PM will have extra charge from RM50.

3. Few Day(s) before Check-In:
Kindly PM me your name, IC number, phone number, vehicle car number and expected arrival time for me to inform the security guard during your arrival. (Apartment Management purpose).

4. Hosts reserves the right to change unit for guests in case of emergency with/ without prior notice with a equivalent or better replacement unit.

6. No illicit activity is allowed.

7. No re-arranging/ moving the furniture. Any damage on the property/ equipment/ furniture will be charged to guests based on value of the damage items+ admin fee.

8. This unit could only accommodate up to five (5) guests. For guest who failed to declare the number of guests, surcharge of RM50/day will be imposed to additional guests.

9. No Durian or Mangosteen is allowed. Surcharge of RM200 will be imposed to guests.

10. Smoking and vaping is not allowed in the property. Surcharge of RM200 will be imposed to guests.

11. Kindly follow the building rules by turn of sound/volume after 10pm as to respect the residence quiet time.

12. By clicking the “Booking” button, you are hereby agree and acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept full responsibility and therefore bound by the house rules.

** We do not accept any Liability on any personal injuries, accidents, damages or losses to Guests’ personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the apartment area. However, we will provide any necessary assistant if it’s required. **
