Stay in our industrial-inspired home and enjoy the best of Putrajaya. Our home is designed with exposed black pipes, metal and wood elements, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. It is fully air-conditioned and furnished with two rooms and two bathrooms, suitable for up to six guests. You will have access to all the amenities you need, such as an Android 4K TV with Netflix, YouTube and more, 500Mbps high-speed WiFi, washing machine, microwave, towels, water heater, shampoo, body wash and basic kitchen utensils.

Our home is located in a secure building with 24-hour surveillance and access card to individual floor. You will also find many eateries, bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance from our home. Whether you are here for business or leisure, you will love staying in our home and experiencing the charm of Putrajaya.

4. Easy Check-in: On-site Self check-in needed for access card collection via mailbox. We will send you the Self check-in instruction one day before arrival.

5. Access card is required.
This unit is 24 hours building security surveillance with access card for our unit at level 17, building facilities at Level 6, Entrance and to the car park entrance.

3. Few Day(s) before Check-In:
Kindly PM me your name, IC number, phone number, vehicle car number and expected arrival time for security info during your arrival. (Apartment Management purpose).

4. Hosts reserves the right to change unit for guests in case of emergency with/ without prior notice with a equivalent or better replacement unit.

6. No illicit activity is allowed.

7. No re-arranging/ moving the furniture. Any damage on the property/ equipment/ furniture will be charged to guests based on value of the damage items+ admin fee.

8. This unit could only accommodate up to five (5) to (6) guests. For guest who failed to declare the number of guests, surcharge of RM50/day will be imposed to additional guests.

9. No Durian or Mangosteen is allowed. Surcharge of RM200 will be imposed to guests.

10. Smoking and vaping is not allowed in the property. Surcharge of RM200 will be imposed to guests.

11. Kindly follow the building rules by turn of sound/volume after 10pm as to respect the residence quiet time.

12.. No Party or Group Gathering allowed – any evidence of parties or events will result in a RM200 fine.

13. Every time you use kitchen, be sure to wash all the dishes and keep them clean. We don’t provide any cooking ingredients.

14. Garbage should be thrown into the garbage room located beside the emergency elevator every day to avoid attracting cockroach, ants, worm etc.

15. By clicking the “Booking” button, you are hereby agree and acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept full responsibility and therefore bound by the house rules.

** We do not accept any Liability on any personal injuries, accidents, damages or losses to Guests’ personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the apartment area. However, we will provide any necessary assistant if it’s required. **
