RESPONSIBILITIES:
– To handle accounts receivable / accounts payable / expenses claim
– To assist in other duties in relation with administration and accounts financial
matter as required from time to time
– To key in data and provide routine printouts and carry out check and
verifications and monthly reconciliation on account payables and receivables
– Prepare payments eg: IBG, Cheques, Bankers Acceptance
– Perform any ad-hoc duties and admin task as and when required
– Those experience with Full set of Accounts is an added advantage
REQUIREMENTS:
– Candidate must have at least SPM or Diploma Graduate in
Finance/Accountancy.
– Basic knowledge in accounting
– Minimum at least 1 year of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
– Self-motivated with desire to learn & independent
– Responsive and result oriented
– Candidate must be able to work at Jalan Sungai Besi
Required Skill: Hands on experience in M.S office excel & accounting system
