URGENT!! PRODUCTION Supervisor in NILAI

Responsibility:

Assist Production Manager in:
1. supervising workers in daily production and able to lead shift production works
2. To be in charge of the entire shift production
3. Plan and allocate workers for daily operations and ensure all production workers follow Safety & Health regulated by the company
4. monitoring and increase daily production and ensure the production output meets quality and quantity set by management
5. monitoring and reduce rejects rate
6. To maintain all production machine in good running condition, follow all SOPs and work instructions.


Requirement:
1. Basic knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic system and electric and mechanical
2. Candidates who can start immediately will be an added advantage
3. Willing to work shift hours
