Our home is a 1-bedroom 700 sq.ft unit, best for 2 adults + 2 children. As a standard we provide linen for 2 adults. We can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults with optional up to 2 floor-mattress (please inquire this additional cost specifically). We expect our guests to identify all members in the group so we can accommodate them sufficiently.

Our kitchen is provided with an induction stove and microwave oven with basic utensils , suitable for heating and light cooking.

Our home is fully air-conditioned. Please ensure the aircond is turned-off when you step out of the unit or when no one is at home.

We value cleanliness. Please help to keep our kitchen clean by immediately cleaning after using and disposing garbage at the nearby outside garbage room. Similarly applies for bathroom. Best personal habits and practices prevail.

Guests have access to the whole unit and common areas. Free parking is available nearby the entrance or (as an optional with security deposit) with the assigned lot within the parking floors. Please park only at the designated lots, de-clamping fee of RM50 applies.

Common areas are accessible with security card. Only one (1) security card and a key will be provided, lost card will be charged RM100.

All minors must be accompanied by adult at all times. A copy of government-issued ID is required during check-in.

All guests are required to register with the Security and must possess a security card to enter and use facilities.

Please observe the following house rules:

# No pork, alcohol
# No shoes in the suite
# No loud music or partying
# No candles or open flame
# Please leave all items in the suite as you found them.

Please respect the comfort and privacy of other tenants within the complex.

You are welcome to entertain guests in your space with a maximum crowd of 6.
